I had a great experience staying here. It’s just a quick 10-minute walk to the Haram, making it super convenient for my umrah. The room was clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. Also, there are plenty of nearby markets for snacks and essentials. The guy who drives the cart to the Haram was awesome! 🚶♂️

I woudl have thought an upgrade was in order, but I suppose I’m just too hopeful. The air conditioner roared like a jet engine, and the cramped room felt more like a closet. Also, I definitely didn't expect no room service at all during my stay, it’s like they expect you to starve. What a disappointment.

The location is quite handy, with a short walk to the Haram. I appreciated the free breakfast and how my kids got to surf the web while staying here. My brother and I found convenience in the nearby markets for snacks.
For dads, it would be great if there were more space in the rooms.

Stayed here with little kids, and the location was convenient, just a short walk away from the Haram. The nearby markets were a hit for last-minute snacks and essentials. Overall, a clean and decent choice for a family getaway.
My wife says that the steep hill made it difficult for carrying many bags and the kids' gear.
